Company and services
This website is operated by Tano Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation. Services include software development, technology consulting, SaaS and B2B platform development, and technical fintech integrations. We do not provide regulated financial services through this website.
Quotations and project agreements
An inquiry is not a binding order. Scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, acceptance, and support are established in a written project agreement. A quotation may include assumptions, dependencies, and an expiry date. The signed agreement governs the engagement where its terms address the same subject.
Payment terms
Payments are for the services and installments described in the agreed scope and payment request. Amounts and currencies are shown before payment. Deposits, milestone payments, due dates, applicable taxes, and any cancellation charges must be agreed in writing. Stripe processes payments on hosted pages. Submitting a payment attempt does not establish that it succeeded.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and lawful access to necessary systems and materials. Customers are responsible for obtaining permissions for content, integrations, and data they provide, and for their own regulatory obligations.
Intellectual property and deliverables
Ownership, licenses, source code delivery, pre-existing components, third-party software, and transfer conditions are defined in the project agreement. Do not assume that all intellectual property transfers automatically upon making a deposit.
Service limitations
Third-party services, approvals, infrastructure, and customer dependencies can affect delivery. Any warranties, support commitments, liability allocation, and exclusions require express agreement and legal review. This website does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular commercial result.
Cancellations and disputes
Refer to the Refund Policy and your signed agreement. For billing or delivery concerns, contact info@tanoconsult.org with the project reference and a clear description. We will review the concern with the relevant agreement and delivery records. No response or resolution timeframe is promised here.
Legal review required
Draft for review: governing law, venue, dispute procedure, liability provisions, and mandatory consumer protections must be confirmed with legal counsel before these terms are adopted.
